Advocacy Services Unlimited is a DDD-approved provider of COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORTS in Burlington, Camden and Glouster counties. The program provides personalized disability services with dignity, privacy and choice, and all individuals are fully involved and engaged in designing and directing the services that focus on their interests, strengths and abilities.
The planning process includes input from family, friends and professionals, all working together to promote growth, empowerment and independence. Community based supports provide direct support and assistance for participants, with or without the caregiver present , in or out of the participant's residence, to achieve and/or maintain the outcomes of increased independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning, and inclusion in the community, as outlined in his/her Service Plan.
